Overview
CalcSystems (calcsystems.com) is a free, static financial calculator website. We do not operate user accounts, require logins, or ask you for personal information. Our calculators run entirely in your browser — no data you enter is ever sent to our servers or stored anywhere outside your own device. The advertising and analytics services described below do collect usage data through cookies.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or any contact information
- Passwords or account credentials
- Financial figures, salary data, or any numbers entered into our calculators
- Payment or banking information
All calculations happen locally in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you type into a CalcSystems calculator leaves your device.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We use them only to reply to you.
Cookies & Tracking
The calculators themselves do not use cookies. The two Google services this site loads do, and some of those cookies are set on the calcsystems.com domain:
Google AdSense
We display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used — such as pages visited,
time spent on the site, browser type, and whether a calculator on a page was used
(only that it was, never the numbers you entered). It sets first-party cookies
(_ga and _ga_*) that assign your browser a random ID, so
repeat visits can be counted. We see this data only in aggregate reports and do not
use it to identify you. You can opt out by installing the
Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Data Your Browser Stores
Nothing you enter is stored on our servers. Our calculators run entirely client-side. Some browsers may cache page assets (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) locally to speed up repeat visits — this is standard browser behavior and does not involve any personal data. When you switch states in the paycheck calculator, it saves your inputs in your browser's sessionStorage so they carry over to the new state's page, then deletes them as soon as that page loads. That data never leaves your device. No calculator uses localStorage, and none remembers your inputs between visits.
Children's Privacy
CalcSystems is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of CalcSystems after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
